RIGGING

Converted to masthead rig (Klacko Spars) in 2013 with additional masthead sheave
Two Facnor Flat Deck furlers for fractional and masthead jibs (Tuff Luffs still available)
Standard aluminum boom with Vang Master vang
Backstay converted to lightweight Amsteel
New aluminum spinnaker pole fitted in 2013

CANTING BALLAST SYSTEM

24 v hydraulic system activated by cockpit button switches with backup toggle switch in head
Backup manual activation and centering
55 degree cant limited by magnetic switch
Canting strut was removed in 2014 to install new bearings and a re-engineered seal to flood box
Hydraulic cylinder had new seals installed 2014
New canting angle gauge fitted in 2015
New high-end SS/Teflon bearings and pins installed on both ends of the hydraulic cylinder in 2016


TWIN FOIL SYSTEM

Forward canard connected to aft rudder
Adjustments to forward rudder made through control line in cockpit
