TP52 V5 Offshore Proven, Inshore Dominant, Pure Racing DNA
V5 is a pedigree carbon fibre TP52, originally launched as Victoria 5 and now one of New Zealand’s most iconic offshore race yachts. V5 been continuously upgraded by her three Kiwi owners over the past 15 years, including a milled steel canting keel and EC6 rigging, keeping her competitive against newer designs. V5 defies her age, consistently delivering line honours and thrilling performance inshore and offshore beating up the newer boats.
Fresh off the New Caledonia Groupama Race and Hamilton Island Race Week, V5 is now signed up for the legendary Sydney to Hobart and the Sydney to Auckland race in February. She’s ocean race ready, with Category 1 safety gear compliant with NZ and AUS standards, and a full suite of B&G instruments, sat phone, AIS, VHF, and autopilot. Her striking dark blue hull and white carbon mast and boom turn heads dockside and offshore. With 3Di sails, 12 Harken winches, and a 24V hydraulic canting keel system, she’s built for serious sailors who want to push hard and go fast.
Key Features:
- Sat phone
- Ais
- Vhf
- Stereo 2 burner gas stove
- 6 year old Ec6 rigging
- 3di mainsail
- 12 harken winches

This is the owner’s final adventure with V5, and the opportunity is open for a passionate new custodian to take the helm either immediately or via a gradual handover as part of the crew.
