Description
Bavaria 37 2 cabin owners version in good condition and well set up for solely handed sailing, currently stored on the hard on the river Arno in Pisa. Original teak interior and has been sailed and maintained regularly.
The boat is UK registered with VAT paid and benefits from being based in the EU prior to Brexit so can be used in either UK or EU without any bureaucracy.
The boat has had 3 owners and key maintenance includes:
Bowthruster (2017), Saildrive Diaphragm (2017), Remote Electric Windlass (2018). Full engine overhaul (2018) including head gasket, exhaust elbow, coolant tank and alternator. Standard Rigging replaced (2018), Evolution EV200 Autopilot (2019), AIS receiver (2024), Bimini Windows (2025), Starter Battery (2026).
The sale includes an inflatable dinghy and outboard however the buyer will need to purchase new house batteries, which is an oportunity to switch over to Lithum.

Accommodations
2 cabin owners version with saloon and large shower room and toliet. We have removed the central table and extended the sofa, however this can be returned back to original specification.
