Version 3 cabins + 2WC.

Model highly recognized by her excellent performance under navigation, this Elan 40 is a very attractive compromise between performance and comfort at sea.

Cockpit with steering wheel, seats in both boards with lockers in both boards. Skipper’s post very well protected, with movable seat for better access to the pontoon or to the sea. Small swimming platform with stern shower. Large lateral passages for a very comfortable access between stern and bow.

In the interior, spacious saloon with complete galley at starboard, equipped with gas stove and oven, fridge, double stainless-steel sink with pressured water hot and cold and storage. At portside, chart table and electronic panel. At mid-ship, social table with seats in white napa in both boards. In the stern, two double cabins with double berths and storage, both served by social WC equipped with maritime manual toilet, washbasin / shower with pressured water hot and cold and storage. In the stern, V berth with private WC equipped with maritime manual toilet, washbasin / shower with pressured water hot and cold and storage.

Certified revision to the spars and rigging in march 2019, periodic maintenances duly done, being the yacht prepared for navigation and ready to be immediately delivered. Yacht presented in general good shape.
