SYL, a 43.65 m sail superyacht built in Spain and delivered in 2003, is the flagship of Barcos Deportivos.
She is built with a teak deck, an aluminum hull, and a composite superstructure.
SYL is in the top 30% by LOA in the world. She is one of 142 sailing yachts in the 40-45m size range.

The yacht’s builder is Barcos Deportivos from Spain, who delivered the superyacht Syl in 2003. The superyacht has a beam of 9.7m, a draft of 5.5 m, and a volume of 235 GT.
The Syl features exterior design by German Frers, while her interior was penned by Barcos Deportivos S.L., with naval architecture by German Frers. Up to 8 guests are accommodated on board the superyacht Syl, and she also has accommodation for 6 crew members including the captain of Syl.
The yacht Syl has an aluminum hull and GRP superstructure. She is powered by 1 MTU engine, which gives her a cruising speed of 9.6 kn and a top speed of 11.5 kn.
