Description
LAGOON 400 – VERSION 4 CABINS – 2010
Superb Lagoon 400 version 4 cabins, built at the end of 2010 and launched in 2011, available in Martinique and registered in Fort-de-France with VAT and customs duties paid.
This catamaran, known for its reliability and comfort on board, offers an ideal configuration for a cruising program or rental investment. The 4 cabin version, all equipped with private bathrooms (shower and toilet), is complemented by 2 crew cabins in the forward peaks, allowing for excellent accommodation capacity.
This unit stands out due to recent maintenance and significant improvements made in 2025, including the complete replacement of the standing rigging (shrouds, forestay, furler, bobstay, triangles, mast foot reinforcement), as well as a new trampoline, ensuring safety and peace of mind for the years to come. It is also worth noting that the main transverse bulkhead has been reinforced to prevent any structural incidents.
Propulsion is provided by two Yanmar 3JH4E engines of 40 hp with approximately 2800 hours of operation. The boat has two sets of sails in good condition, with roller furling genoa (x2), battened mainsails (x2), and a gennaker on a furler, allowing for optimized performance in all points of sail. Onboard autonomy is enhanced by a 520 W solar installation (4 panels), a desalination unit of 150 L/h, and a portable Yamaha 2000 W generator, providing excellent comfort at anchor. The boat is well equipped for navigation with Raymarine ST70 instruments, ST6002 autopilot, chart plotter GPS, and Ray 55E VHF. Comfort on board is completed by a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner gas and Eno oven), an audio system, and a television with an antenna at the top of the mast.
