CONSTRUCTION

HULL CONSTRUCTION

• Composite moulded construction using a combination of vinylester and polyester resin with the outer topside finish in gelcoat.
• 'Custom' laminate material comprises a combination of E-glass, Kevlar and Carbon Fibre.
• Topside structure incorporates a balsa core above the waterline.
• Below the waterline the hull features a solid laminate, reinforced with a matrix of stringers and floors, combined with BS1O88 standard marine-ply structural bulkheads.

HULL FINISH

• Blue Hull with cove line and double boot top lines in white.

DECK CONSTRUCTION

• Moulded in GRP with balsa core.

DECK LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT

ANCHOR

• 34kg (75Ib) CQR stainless steel anchor that stows in the stemhead fitting, with 100m of stainless steel chain and stainless steel swivel.

• Fortress FX3 7 anchor with 1Om of chain and 1OOm of warp.

• Recessed locker within the foredeck for anchor chain stowage, fitted with hinged lids and a stainless steel clamp-type locking device.

DECK ACCESS

• Midship gateway stanchions with stainless steel hinged boarding ladders, which close up to form the side-gates.
• Gate to pushpit.
• Stainless steel folding bathing/boarding ladder with oval treads, fitted with a lanyard and retaining pin for retrieval/stowage.
• Passerelle, with socket in transom.

HATCHES

• Oyster custom drop-down washboard system for main companionway.

CANVASWORK

• Fold down companionway sprayhood/dogger in 'Grey' acrylic with 'Blue' piping and leather covered stainless steel grab rail to aft end. The hood incorporates see-through 40-gauge glass panels (June 2019) in its forward portion.
• Bimini in 'Grey' acrylic with 'Blue' piping.
• Custom deep cockpit cushions in 'Linen Grey' acrylic (June 2019)
• Four cockpit pillows in Sunbrella 'Medium Blue' tweed (June 2019)
• Additional canvaswork in 'Marine Blue' acrylic that includes a fully enclosed bimini with stainless steel frame and tracks, and covers for the steering wheel, pedestal, cockpit table, winches and deck hatches, plus pushpit cushions.

DECK PLUMBING

SALOON

• Access to the saloon from the companionway is via a set of timber and stainless steel steps fitted with oval stainless steel handrails 
• The deck saloon is extremely light and airy, with seven windows, of which two of the three forward ones open
• Two opening hull ports
• Featuring an L-shaped settee area and table to starboard, plus outboard of this a large locker, which accommodates glasses
• The saloon table is a veneered panel with solid timber edging, designed to form, in its closed position, an occasional table, which is mounted on a very substantial pedestal base, incorporating a locker. Grab rail incorporated on its inboard edge.
• The table has a mathcing fold-over leaf, which opens onto a removable strut to allow both sides of the saloon to be used for seating while dining. A locking device ensures the tabletop does not open in heavy weather.

NAVIGATION AREA

• Situated to the aft starboard end of the saloon, the forward facing chart table is customized around the electronics and navigational equipment, which is strategically sited and flush-mounted in grey fabric cover fascia
• The chart table has a hinged lid with stainless steel stay and drawer beneath
• Provision for stowage of half-folded Admiralty charts 
• Book rack for navigational/pilot books and almanacs
• AC and DC electrical panell located aft of the navigator's seat. Beneath and Behind this seat are fuses and access to electrical breakers
• Access door into engine compartment

GALLEY

• Located to port of the cockpit, with cooker outboard and sink inboard
• Rubbish bin fitted inside locker adjacent to the sinks
• Stowage provided for crockery, cutlery and glasses

COOKER/HOB

• Gimballed Force 10 stainless steel cooker with 4-burners, grill and over, protected by a flame failure gas cut-off device. The cooker incorporates an electronic ignition system for all functions. Heavy guage fiddle rail around top of cooker with pair of adjustable clamping pan-holder. Harbour lock an cooker crash bar fitted.

• Panasonic (950W) stainless steel combined microwave oven/grill (2018)

REFRIGERATOR

• Frigomatic 24V (keel-cooled) front opening stainless steel refrigerator with automatic door light

FREEZER

• Frigomatic K50 compressor with plate for (keel-cooled) top-opening freezer box. Fitted with storage baskets and strut to support freezer lid.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT 

• Accessed via a large hinge door in the aft head compartment. Further removable panels give engine compartment access via the galley. All access doors fitted with rubber sealing strips to minimize noise and secured by positive catches.
• Insulated with a composite of foam and high-density polymer sound absorbing material. 
• 24V lighting and extractor fan installed, switched at the DC electrical panel. 

OWNER'S STATEROOM

• Configured with a double berth, slightly offset to port from centerline, with custom high quality sprung/memory foam split mattress and three lee cloths.
