Catamaran Brokerage is pleased to present this 2011-built Leopard 44, now available for her new owner in Sint Maarten, Caribbean—an ideal location to begin your cruising adventure and customize the boat to your preferences.
This catamaran has been owned by a professional captain and was purchased after its time in a charter fleet. Since then, she has been meticulously maintained and has never sustained any damage during hurricanes.
The boat features 4 double cabins, with each forward cabin offering an additional single berth in the forepeak. The fully equipped galley includes a new fridge/freezer (2023), and all the necessary gear is ready for immediate sailing. She sleeps up to 12 people: 2 in the aft cabins, 3 in each of the forward double and single-berth cabins, and 2 in the convertible salon. She also has 4 heads and 5 showers (including 1 at the transom).
The clever design of the boat blends the salon living space seamlessly with both the forward and aft cockpits, making the outdoor areas an extension of the saloon—perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
