THE ALLURES 45 is an integral keelboat, with an aluminum hull and composite deck, ideal for sailing in various regions of the world where the shallow draft allows for the discovery of anchorages inaccessible to most keel yachts.

A true integral keelboat that allows the boat to run aground flat on any beach without a support. A must for a boat intended for circumnavigation.

Its design was conceived from its inception to combine all the characteristics of a true cruising sailboat: Aluminum with a shaped hull, reinforced insulation, integral keel, and dedicated technical area.

THE ALLURES 45 is obviously designed for long-distance sailing with a reduced crew, with all maneuvers brought back to the cockpit.

LEANIS this magnificent ALLURES 45 is an owner version with 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms, thus offering the essential technical storage on the port aft. The aft cabin includes numerous storage spaces and offers a large double bed for optimal comfort. The owners chose the owner version, thus offering a magnificent forward cabin with its private bathroom. This version is the most requested by our clientele of sailors around the world. The aft bathroom is equipped with a separate shower with good headroom and a toilet.

The living space offers a headroom of over 2 m, providing a real space, comfortable and bright, designed for pleasant onboard living in complete conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with two drawer refrigerators and a large work surface ideal for truly cooking on board. Its lengthwise design on the port side is also perfectly suited for use while sailing as it is perfectly stable at heel. The keel well is perfectly integrated into the interior layout, allowing for smooth circulation in the saloon and at the same time easy access to it if needed.

The owners have also chosen numerous options for offshore sailing in autonomy and safety.

In terms of autonomy, this magnificent 45-foot boat is equipped with a Fisher Panda 4KW generator. Obviously, a heating system, the Webasto THERMO 90ST. The onboard electronics consist of a Simrad navigation system with two GPS screens, Simrad AC42 autopilot, and several repeaters.

The wardrobe includes a full-batten mainsail, a 45 m2 genoa, an INCIDENCE staysail in hydranet, a spinnaker with a sock, and a Gennaker. SPARCRAFT mast.

Particular care is taken in the maintenance of this beautiful ALLURES 45, with protected winter storage and meticulous maintenance of the Volvo engine, totaling less than 900 hours to date.
