Description
A rare Lerouge design built by a professional shipyard. Returning from a three-year round-the-world trip with his family, it is now available for a new adventure. All the spirit of Lerouge designs can be found in this boat: simplicity (no centreboards), average speeds of 200 to 220 miles per day without risk, and excellent liveability for a light multihull.
The Flash Cat 52 S is built in epoxy / carbon by vacuum infusion, enabling a better finish of the vessel. In addition, various parts of the catamaran hull is Kevlar, and others, such as rigid bimini, reinforcements, mast, bow and transom gennaker bowsprit are made of carbon. Furthermore, the fact of using a very light carpentry enables optimal performance. Thus, reducing the weight of the catamaran, achieving greater speed and reducing fuel consumption. Also, Flash Catamarans offers the option to build the mast and boom in carbon, as best suits your needs.
