The Looping 55 is a perfect compromise between speed, comfort, and safety.

The boat was built for himself by a highly experienced and skilled boatbuilder, based on the plans of Patrick Luscher. Maximum attention was paid to rigidity and safety. All superstructure parts are made of carbon, and the mast and boom are also made of solid carbon. Below the waterline, the hull is laminated with Kevlar, all in red cedar strip planking, and the deck has an Airex sandwich foam core. It weighs approximately 8 tons.

Engines are Volvo-Penta D2-40 / Saildrive folding propeller approx. 1400 operating hours, 2x 330 liter diesel tank, mainsail Hydranet 84m2 in very good condition, jib Hydranet 40 m2 new, Code "0" 100 m2 Stormlite in very good condition, rotating carbon mast, carbon canoe boom, standing rigging Dyneema new, running rigging Dyneema new, autopilot new, radar new, chart plotter new, Orca navigation system new, Coppercoat new, outside cushions and sun awning new, VHF new, complete Victron power system with Victron solar panels and 600AH Lifepo4 batteries new in 2022, and much more, see list in the photos. The boat is completely self-sufficient with 1600 watts of solar, watermaker 50-70 liters/hour, 2x350 liter water tank, washing machine.

It's an owner's version, featuring a starboard owner's cabin with a 180x200 cm bed, a large landing, and a large bathroom with a separate shower at the front. To port, a large cabin with a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a separate shower, and a smaller cabin at the front with a 130x200 cm bed. The saloon has a dining table for 7-8 people, an extra couch, a chart table, and a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove and a 187-liter refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
