Maintenance
Yearly antifouling, anodes. Last one in July 2025. Ruders bearing 2025 Engine and gen serviced according to standars every 250 hours. Watermaker yearly serviced.
2024 Rudder bearings replacement. 3 solar panels. Bimini XXL new. 2 ZEUS 12” display replaced. Cockpit table engines replaced.
2023 Starlink and 5G systems. Complete electronics checked and updated. Hull painted on Grey Silver.

The BAVARIA C57 is a pure expression of class, elegance and the finest craftsmanship. Employing our new BAVARIA VacuTec Technology, we have made the BAVARIA C57 into a sailing yacht with a light, ultra-stable hull to add to its awesome design and exclusive appointments. With decades of experience, extraordinary results like these are par for the course.
Hull
The deck and the deck plates above the waterline are built with interleaved polyester and Airex foam (foam with rigid and watertight cells that hardly absorb water over time), on vacuum infussion..
To achieve greater rigidity below the waterline, the hull is built with a laminate of stitched and chopped fiberglass, sandwiched between two layers of Coremat “felt”, all injected with isophthalic polyester resin. This non-woven polyester minimizes the absorption of the resin while providing greater rigidity.
Bulkheads laminated to the hull.
The cast iron keel is bolted and glued to the hull with a special reinforced design. The deck is seated to the hull with a polyurethane sealant and bolted at regular intervals.
Standing/Running Gear
The boat is 9/10 fractionally rigged and the keel-stepped twin spreader mast towers 79’6” above and supports a substantial sail plan. The boat comes with a furling self-tacking ji bon a FURLEX FURLER. And SELDEN in-mast furling. Bowsprit for a gennaker.
Genoa tracks with pin stop cars. Backstay adjuster, hydraulic. 2 x electrical LEWMAR 65EST EVO genoa winches. 2 LEWMAR winches.
