Construction:
The Code # is constructed from dry carbon fiber and epoxy resin. Each part is made using infusion which allows for weight reduction by optimally controlling the amounts of resin used. This process involves placing the draped dry carbon fabric parts under vacuum in a mold closed by a tarp, which are then impregnated under vacuum by injecting the necessary amount of resin, which is drawn in by the vacuum created in the mold.
The hull and deck are built in separate molds and are then manually assembled by bonding and laminating. The entire structure of the boats is pre-assembled by bonding and laminating within the hull.
The whole is finally coated and then painted before the integration of systems (rudders, keel, energy, engine, etc.), electronic and electrical components, rigging, teak, layout, and preparation of the mast and boom.
