Description
The Hobie Cat company designed the Wave especially for beginning sailors, families and youngsters. It's easy to set up, easy to sail, and easy to store. Even beginners and kids will find the boat easy to rig, sail and tack. Parents will appreciate the buoyancy, stability and safety. As well as remarkable quickness and agility, the Wave has great carrying capacity. The quick assembly-disassembly system allows for easy car-topping and storage. Safety features include a lightweight, non-skid deck surface and a safety view window in the sail. There is a non-conductive Comptip upper mast section. Impact resistant roto-molded hulls give the Hobie Wave incredible durability. There are anodized aluminum spars and a reinforced Dacron sail and handy storage bag. Other features include: a one-piece vinyl trampoline with heat-welded seams for strength and durability; Hobie patented kick-up rudders, allowing easy beaching; and molded-in padded seat cushions for added comfort.
