ELEGANT AND INNOVATIVE DESIGN
With its new visual identity, the 40 stands out immediately. While remaining true to the "DNA" image of Lagoon, a new style is born: an individual, aerodynamic and complete design depicts its large portholes and panoramic view. This creates a refined and high-performance unit, emphasized by the bevel that runs from bow to stern. A next-generation Lagoon, recognizable at first glance.
EXTERIORS: SPACE AND COMFORT
- A comfortable cockpit overlooking the sea: a dining table to starboard, able to accommodate up to twelve guests, a recreational area on the same side and seating on the aft beam.
- An ergonomic driving station accessible from the cockpit or the deck, allowing communication between the skipper and the crew at all times.
- Large aft crossbeams with a spacious bathing platform, allowing easy access to the tender and safe and easy boarding.
- A forward cockpit, equipped with a sunbathing area, offers additional living space.

NEW GENERATION CABINS: PERFORMANCE AND SIMPLICITY
Symbol of the new generation of Lagoon, the 40 is equipped with advanced performance features: a VPLP hull structure and a larger sail area provide a better sail area/displacement ratio. The decision to position the mast step further aft, which directly derives from VPLP's experience in competitive sailing, provides this catamaran with multiple advantages: A self-tacking jib for simplified maneuvers. - A large headsail triangle for a wider choice of downwind sails: a guarantee of performance.
- A shorter boom for greater ease of handling.
- A mainsail, with a high aspect ratio, that allows for better airflow in the upper parts of the sail for optimized performance.
- The recentering of weight, thanks to the aft positioning of the rigging, significantly reduces pitching.
INTERIORS: ELEGANCE AND BRIGHTNESS
- A selection of luxury materials, signed by Nauta Design, enhances the new lines of the interiors.
- A wide choice of accommodation layouts to meet the needs of owners and large families: available in three or four cabins.
- A new aft cabin, equipped with a "semi Island bed" berth and multiple storage spaces.
- The large hull windows with integrated portholes in the cabin provide exceptional natural light and an exceptional view.
A particular attention to the arrangement of volumes, the fluidity of circulation, and brightness makes this new interior a truly pleasant living area.
