Equipment and documentation: CONSTRUCTION • Vacuum resin infusion molding. • Monolithic fiberglass (lower hull) and PVC foam sandwich (deck and superstructure) • Anti-osmosis barrier with glass scales and vinylester resin, combined with isophthalic polyester resin. • Structure of frames in polyethylene omega-foam and plywood, laminated to the hull, as well as all the carpentry structure (bulkheads, furniture, hatches, etc.). This system guarantees the greatest rigidity of the entire unit and optimizes the dispersion of forces. The compression forces of the mast/rigging are compensated with a support pillar for the mast and bolted connecting rods to the chainplates for the rigging. • The deck and bulkheads are glued and laminated together and to the hull (4 watertight bulkheads with isolation valves). • Deck walkways, cockpit, foredeck, and aft deck: the teak deck finish is molded into the deck.
