Simbad Yachts’ rapidly growing shipyard, based in Alicante, Spain was founded to solve a major problem in the sailing catamaran market. Most catamarans built today fall short in categories of modern engineering, powerful propulsion, and refined finishing. Simbad’s mission is to unite these three elements while giving sailors what they truly want.

The SIMBAD catamaran was designed by Franck Darnet, a renown French yacht designer with decades of experience. Darnet’s work has earned multiple awards and widespread accolades in the yachting world. Many of his projects past projects have become the industry benchmarks of today. Now brining his talents to Simbad, Franck has crafted an elegant and functional vessel that not only looks amazing but also offers exceptional comfort and safety while at sea.

Why 55 feet?
