Description
Windcraft Multihulls is pleased to offer a $30,000–$40,000 reduction off the retail price of the 1170, including commissioning and final assembly provided at cost. The current asking price reflects the inclusion of reasonable options, calculated at approximately $180,000 USD.
With every new boat or yacht purchase, Windcraft provides multiple days of complimentary orientation and hands-on training to ensure a confident and enjoyable ownership experience. In addition, we are pleased to include three extra days of on-the-water training with a licensed captain.
The Seawind 1170 is an award-winning 39’ (11.7m) bluewater cruising catamaran, recently crowned Multihull Yacht of the Year 2025 at the British Yachting Awards. Designed for couples or small families seeking serious offshore capability in a manageable, performance-driven platform, the 1170 blends lightweight PVC foam sandwich construction with carbon reinforcement for strength, stiffness, and efficiency. Twin protected helm stations, a high-aspect rig with self-tacking jib, and optional Code 0 make her nimble and easily handled short-handed, while twin 29HP engines provide confident maneuverability. Inside, Seawind’s signature tri-fold “magic door” seamlessly connects the cockpit and saloon, creating an expansive indoor-outdoor living space with 6’5” headroom, abundant ventilation, and a practical 3-cabin layout featuring a dedicated owner’s hull. With 500L fuel, 600L water capacity, and CE Category A offshore certification, the 1170 delivers true ocean-crossing capability without the size or complexity of larger cats—an intelligent, versatile cruiser that balances performance, comfort, and real-world bluewater pedigree.
